Lemon water in the morning

A great way to kick start your day. I have been doing this for at least 5 years now and don't feel as if I have started my day right without it!
Lemon water is so healthful for waking up the body. So instead of having a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning, change your habit to lemon water and enjoy the health benefits. This is great for constipation. Lemons contain bioflavonoids and vitamin C. They also contains large amounts of potassium and smaller amounts of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. The cayenne also has large amounts of vitamin C and is anti-inflammatory.


1 Lemon juiced
1/8th teaspoon cayenne pepper
boiled water

Put the lemon in a large mug and fill with hot boiled water about 3/4 full. Add the cayenne and stir. Add a little cold water so you can drink it easily.
